Utilization of genetic and paragenetic factors to coagulation of milk

The aim of the paper was influence investigation of: k-casein genotype, total casein in the milk, lactation number, calving season, stage of lactation and Ca quantity in the milk on coagulation rapidity. Results show that the high significant and the largest effect on coagulation rapidity have k-casein genotype and total content of casein, what shows the need of breeder aim in population of milking cows, apart of increasing milking traits, should to be the selection on k-casein genotype, specially if milk is used for cheese production.
