New grapevine cultivars convenient for ecological wine production
2004
Cindric, P. | Korac, N. | Kovac, V.
In this paper we present two new grapevine varieties released in Serbia and Montenegro in 2003. During their approval investigations the variety Riesling 239 Gm served as control variety. Both, Panonian and Morava rendered high wine quality and good resistance to main fungal diseases and low winter temperatures. The linage of this varieties included over 90% of Vitis vinifera, and small portions of four North American species and Vitis amurensis.
