This paper presents the effect of co-inoculation of peas with strains of rhizobia, actinomycetes, azotobacter and humustin on the number of bacteria in rhizospheric soil and on the parameters of the yield. Variants were following: 1) mixture of two strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae: 2) mixture of two strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae + mixture of four strains of Azotobacter chroococcum; 3) mixture of two strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae + mixture of four strains of Azotobacter chroococcum + mixture of two strains of actinomycetes; 4) humustin (substance for increasing the nutrients content in soil); 5) control. The number of bacteria was the highest in variant 3 and the lowest in variant 4. In the phase of buttonization, the number of bacteria was higher than in the phase of technological maturity. The lenght and fresh matter mass of plant both were the highest in variants 2 and 3. The number of nodules was the highest in variant 1. The number of pods and seeds was the highest in variants 2 and 4.
