Economic aspects of pork meet production

The analysis of economic parameters of pork meat production is dealing with costs of fatling production in the first phase of production, and determining the total costs of meat production by applying division calculation in the second phase of calculation. The price of produced fatling amounts to 0.95s EUR/kg and it is quite constant throughout the year. In case of presence of connected system of farm and butchery the difference between production costs and market price is less than 13% which is satisfactory, while because of market price oscillation the possition of cattle producers in uncertain.
