Balance of grains quantity within center for drying and storing

The center for grains drying and storage needs to create accurate method for calculating the changing of mass. Those changings are very complex and variety during dehydratation and takinging care about grains. The nine kinds of mass reduction are analysing in this paper. In order to achieve accutare mass balance, the centers need to have a system to keep a file on relevant parameters. Most of these mass changing can be established by the help of correct measurements, but some of them should be estimate. The recommendations how to judge the lost in grain mass are presented. It is obvious that only approproate method for balancing the grain quantities will decrease the misunderstanding in practice.
