Distribution of several groups of microorganisms in rhizosphere of green lettuce and tomato cultivated on pseudogley in greenhouse system, and in samples of an arable land outside of greenhouse after harvest, has been analyzed in this paper. Investigation showed that chemical properties of soil had the highest effect on number of the particular microorganisms (or groups of microoganisms). Because of lower pH value of pseudogley in all soil samples, fungi represented the dominated microbial flora in soil, while the number of ammonifiers and actinomycetes was the lowest.
