Mitrovic, P.,Institut za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo, Novi Sad (Serbia)
There is a fair number of fungal species that may cause deterioration of rapeseed seedlings and newly emerged plants (cotyledon stage). The most common among them are Fusarium avenaceum, F. oxysporum and Pythium debaryanum syn. P. ultimum. These fungi have been reported in Serbia on a number of plant species, but they do not cause economic damage in rapeseed.
