Effect of rhizobia and actinomycetes application on field pea production: [Master thesis]
2006
Jevic, M.
The aim of this study was to examine effectiveness of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae and actinomycetes strains on pea seedling, nitrogen-fixation and yield parameters, as well as microbiological activity in soil. In laboratory condition, all combination of strains had good results on pea seedlings. Under high temperature and extremely arid environment condition, all examined parameters of nitrogen fixation and yield were worst than expected, in 2003. Number of microorganisms in rhizospheric soil depended on phenological phase of plant, pea variety and microbiological variant. Dehydrogenase activity of rhizospheric soil was high and depended on phenological phase of plant, microbiological treatment and pea variety.
