High degradation level of natural water, outcoming of waste water without or with unsuited treatment, legislative norms require a demand for analyzing specific techniques in order to respond emission limit values. Limit values are enacted to prevent or, if it is not possible, to decrease emission and affect on environment. This paper indicates requirement and mode for determination of the best available techniques (BAT) in defining wastewater effluent limits.
