The basic aim of this paper is to analyze the movement of the gross domestic product (GDP), net export, inflation, unemployment, government consumption in Serbia during the period 2003-2007. This paper confirms that local stability characterize GDP, import, inflation, unemployment movement in Serbia during the observed period.
