Realization of each work required some model of production activities and resources organization. In focus of this paper is primarily some of potential models of personel organization, and possibilities of their usage and combination. Last few decades modern business has been attempting to answer a question - which option is more efficient, hierarchy or teamwork. Unfortunately, right answer is still unknown. But, how this two models are complementary and compatible, we can only define an optimum measure and ratio in using the best parts of both systems, of course, with correctly usage of the created hybrid, according to postulate of situation management, that all depend on organization needs in actual moment.
