[Reactivity of neutrophilic granulocytes of the blood of cows of a third-zone farm]

In autumn the amount of leucocytes, including neutrophylous granulocytes, in the blood of cows from a farm of the third-[Chornobyl accident] zone (density of radioactive pollution of 5-15 Cu/sq.m according to radiocaesium) increases that indicates on a certain neutrophilia. In autumn the reactivity of the neutrophylous granulocytes, according to the indices of NBT (nitroblue tetrazolium)-test, content of myeloperoxidase and non-enzymatic cation proteins decreases that proves inhibiting the functional activity of the microfagal system. The further studies will be focussed on investigating the functional activity of lymphocytes as a reflection of the state of the immune system of the cows under conditions of the radiation press.

Восени у крові корів господарства третьої зони (щільність радіаційного забруднення 5-15 Кі/кв.км за радіоцезієм) збільшується кількість лейкоцитів, у тому числі нейтрофільних гранулоцитів, що вказує на певну нейтрофілію. Восени реактивність нейтрофільних гранулоцитів за показниками НСТ-тесту, вмісту мієлопероксидази і неферментних катіонних білків знижується, що свідчить про пригнічення функціональної активності мікрофагальної системи.
