Determining combining ability of 15 inbred lines from domestic and exotic source germplasm, belong to different maturing groups: medium maturing and late maturing. Results of the research showed that:(+)All crosses had negative value of Hpm (Hpm0)in maturing so they had earlier maturing than their parent lines from 1 to 6.8 days. (+)For grain yield all crosses had positive value of Hmp from 128.7 percent to 296 percent. Four crosses namely 5A x 4A, 6Bx2B, 2Bx1B, and 3C x 1C had higher grain yield than local checks with the same matury.(+)The inbred lines such as 5A, 6B, 2B, 1C had high value of general combining ability (GCA). Some of the early maturing lines were created from the first original source also showed high value both of general combing ability and specific combining ability such as 4A, 3B, 2B lines from Cv2, a composite variety.
