Necessary qualitative parameters of dessert grapes

With a view to our accession to the European Union, a number of amendments to the requirements for the quality of dessert grapes were accepted that should correspond to the generally accepted ones within the framework of united Europe. In conformity with Regulations N 9 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foresty of 2002, each of the dessert grapes intended for consumption should meet definite requirements for appearance, sugar content, transportability, size, weight, package, etc. and their classification and purpose of use are determined according to the parameters, to which they correspond.
