After Chernobyl accident tests of various chemical preparations and fodder additives for agricultural animals for the purpose of decrease in receipt of radio caesium from a diet in livestock products (milk, meat) were conducted. The problem of reception of production of animal industries with lower radionuclide content still remains actual in territories of radioactive pollution. The most effective way is transfer of animals into pure forages. However there is no possibility to receive enough of forages with low level of radioactive pollution. The results of the investigation showed that feeding young horses with supplementation of complex mineral additive provided lower keeping parameters of Cs in their organisms by 25%, and improved daily gains of live weight by 13,7%
