Research results of the experimental induced recombinogenesis of oat (Avena sativa L.) and barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) coalesced heritable traits were presented. Recombining activity of several physical factors and chemical compounds on the homozygous lines and hybrids of oat and barley F1-F3 generations selected by means of marked coalesced genes forms determining the quality traits was studied. The most effective recombining factors and methods of experimental recombinogenesis of coalesced genes were developed. The integral assessment of the influence of laser radiation on the development of quantitative traits of studied plants in the second generation after radiation treatment was analyzed. Influence of the physical and chemical factors on the coalesced genes recombination frequency was analyzed. The following technology of the experimental recombination of coalesced genes was proposed: 1. durable influence of laser radiation in combination with acridines on the germinating hybrid seeds; 2. growing of F1 hybrids in the favourable conditions (nutrition, moisture, temperature, light, physiologically active substances); 3. influence of the dye complex on F1 hybrids in the period from the 5th till the 7th stages of organogenesis and concurrent growing in the conditions of high temperature and light intensity; 4. further growing of hybrids in the favourable conditions till the formation of the seed generation R2
