[About interrelation of labour productivity and wages]

Goods production efficiency depends mainly on a labour productivity level reflecting rational use of last. Its increase remains the main source of social and economic production development. Without growth of work efficiency it is impossible to provide social security of person in industrial sphere, to create necessary number of new workplaces, to provide a worthy standard of living. The leading part in the system of work motivation of agricultural workers belongs to wages at present stage of economy development. Correct proportions of labour productivity and salary have a great value in use of production potentialities and in increase of efficiency in modern conditions. Optimum proportions of labour productivity and wages should induce the enterprises to master new technics and stimulate high rates growth of production level
