[Gender features at research of labour relations]

The analysis of labour relations and their dynamics in Belarus is done. Demographic features, procurement of labor resources are considered, general employment trends and specific character, of changes of its structure are determined, trends in modification of remuneration of labour in different branches and fields of economics are determined. The transformation of labor relationships at the age of development of new economy through introduction of new technologies, expansion of production management, development of the process of individualization of labor relationships and of the system of social values, modification of labor and professional contacts are examined. Features of labor relationships regarding gender factor are considered in the article. Human development index data related to gender factor, female economic activity rate are being used
