The process of trade service of population is impossible without implementation of definite operations on the spending of resources and the expenditures connected with this process. Different regions have natural, climatic, demographic, economic, infrastructure and other peculiarities which affect habitability of the population living in them, and the economic subjects, located on their territory. It is necessary to consider these peculiarities for the analysis and planning of economic activities. The present objective distinctions of the environment of trade organizations activities cause different volume of expenditures for the fulfillment of homogeneous operations. Therefore for the realization of the objective inter-regional comparative analysis it is necessary to conduct smoothing, that is alignment of the analyzed indices with the consideration of regional factors.
