[Methods of milk-raw price forming in dependence on quality level]

At present questions of improvement of quality of milk-raw material have the increasing value that is dictated by the situation which has developed in the internal and external markets. As research have shown, quality of raw material is the major factor influencing on assortment and quality of finished goods and defining opportunities of its realization both inside of republic, and behind its limits. One of the basic elements and priority directions of the decision of the put problem is stimulation of manufacture of milk on the basis of formation of the price depending on a degree of quality. The offered mechanism of pricing is based on the following parameters: payment of milk depending on the maintenance of fat and albumin, degree of quality (by means of factors of quality); presentation of more rude requirements to raw material by introduction of additional grade of milk with higher degree of quality; payment of milk of an additional grade on 20% above the price of the first grade; reduction of price of milk of the second grade. Payment of milk under the prices formed in view of the offered technique, will allow to interest the agricultural enterprises in manufacture of raw material with high consumer and technological properties, promoting to release of qualitative, competitive dairy production
