[Theoretical and methodological approaches to agricultural production safety maintenance]

Contamination of environment by industrial waste, wide use of chemicals in agriculture, medical products application in animal husbandry bring about pollution of agricultural production by toxic substances. Therefore one of the most important tasks Agrolndustrial Complex of the republic faces is maintenance of its safety. The purpose, principles, functions and methods of agricultural production safety maintenance in modern conditions are considered. One of priority is creation of the standard documentation on standardization which observance of requirements guarantees production and realization of safe foodstuff. Thus the international organisations at the present stage lay an emphasis on working out of universal, uniform requirements to the productions which observance could be checked irrespective of concrete kind of made food production. Maintenance of safety of agricultural production demands studying and wider use of all complex of methods of the decision of the problem, developed by world practice, and creations of corresponding organizational-economic conditions for their successful application
