[Formation of firm trading systems in agrarian complex]

Conditions of formation of firm trading systems in agrarian complex are considered. Its interdependence and differences from marketing activity is revealed. The model of functioning of firm trade for the enterprises of system of AIC where is defined its role as an effective method of studying of requirements of markets, stimulations of sales, perfection of industrial and marketing activity, and also formation of long-term mutual relations of production with trading intermediaries and consumers is offered. The structure of model and its most essential features is described. The role of firm trading activity in operations of the enterprises of AIC is defined. A number of the moments reflecting interrelation of cycles of the seller and the buyer, structure of the firm product consisting from a visible part and points of contacts are studied, and also the matrix of evolution of firm trade on the basis of which the possible directions of development of firm trade take in to account conditions of development of spheres of the goods production and services and spheres of their consumption is offered
