For the first time on the basis of a comparative assessment of the macroelement fruit composition of parental species — bog blueberry Vaccinium uliginosum L. (mother) and Vaccinium vitis-idaea L. (father), and also seven Fl generation forms (G-l-G-7) of the V. uliginosum x V. vitis-idaea allotetraploid - the degree of the resemblance and difference between them in the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium has been established, and hybrids with the highest accumulation of nutrient elements have been selected. The higher content of nitrogen (from 16 up to 84%), phosphorus (from 20 up to 32%), potassium (from 21 up to 97%) was observed at hybrids in comparison with cowberries. At the same time the content of calcium was lower than at cowberry. Majority of hybrids in comparison with bog blueberry had higher magnesium content (from 29 up to 71%), potassium content (from 12 up to 25%), calcium content (from 15 up to 33%). Among hybrids the highest content of all macroelements in fruits was observed at G-1 form, calcium and magnesium content – at G-2, nitrogen and potassium – at G-3, phosphorus and magnesium – G-4, nitrogen – G-7. Forms G-5 and G-6 were characterized by the least content of nutritive elements in fruits
