For the first time on the basis of a comparative assessment of the biochemical fruit compound of the parental species - bog blueberry (mother) and cowberry (father), and also seven Fl generation forms (G-1 - G-7) of the V. uliginosum x V. vitis-idaea allotetraploid - by the rates of accumulation of dry matters, carotenoids, some organic acids (free, ascorbic, phenol carboxylic, benzoic, triterpene) and fatty oils the degree of the resemblance and difference between them in the content of useful matters have been determined, and the most promising hybrids in terms of vitamin value have been selected. It was marked that the content of dry matter on 22-42% was more than at bog blueberry, at the more expressed differences at G-3, G-6 and G-7 (especially); the content of dry matter on 5-18% was more than at cowberry, at the more expressed differences at G-7, vitamin C - on 13-47% more at the more expressed differences at G-5, phenolic carboxylic acids – on 15-51% more at the more expressed differences at G-4. All the synthesized plant forms yielded to bog blueberry in fatty oils accumulation in fruits, at more expressed differences at G-6 and G-7
