Comparative analysis has been made of the composition of mocroflora (ammonifiers, nitrifiers, denitrifiers, mould fungi, actinomyces and nitrogen fixers) of the soil of slash fires in mossy pine stands after forest fires that occurred at different times. It has been found that the dynamics of the abundance of microorganisms in each group under investigation is distinct. Within three years after a fire the intensity of ammonification gradually increased, and a number parity of ammonificators on slash fires in comparison with control areas changed from 1,4 : 1,0 to 4,4 : 1,0. The relative quantity of nitrogen fixing organisms on slash fires of various years practically did not differ from each other. Number of microorganisms of all other groups (nitrificators, actinomyces, denitrificators, mould fungi) within three years after a fire has undergone to fluctuations. Especially accurately it was traced at mould fungi which number on slash fires of current year made in comparison with the control 1.7 : 1,0, on slash fires of the first year parities reached 4,4 : 1,0, and on slash fires of the third year it has reduced to 1,3 : 1,0 and 0,7 : 1,0. Proceeding from the received data it is possible to conclude that influence of fire of average intensity on the condition of soil microflora is shown in three years after a fire
