[The dynamics of the activity of the acid and alkaline phosphatase in hens vaccinated against infectious bursitis]

The dynamics of the activity of the acid and alkaline phosphatase in organs of immune system of hen youngsters parenteral immunized by liquid inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against infectious bursitis was investigated. It is shown that the immunisation of poultry against infectious bursitis induces a reliable increases activity of acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase in organs of immunity and plasma of blood. The greatest changes of enzyme activity of organs of immune system, and plasma of blood of vaccinated birds were observed on the 7-th and 14-th days of experiment. By the 21-th and 28-th days the tendency of parameters stabilization was noted, that is the evidence of normalization of metabolic processes and completion of immune reactions
