[Stimulating producers-proprietor of property in the sphere of agriculture of the Republic of Belarus]

The estimation of the present practice of stimulating of personal property of agricultural workers is given and offers are made that increase in interest of producers-proprietor. Stages of formation of personal properties in Belarus are considered. Experience of the developed foreign countries on creation of legislative documents concerning stimulation of the property of commodity producers (payment of incomes under actions, percent, dividends) is shown. In foreign countries these questions are adjusted and controlled at the state level. A number of examples of establishment of personal properties at Belarus enterprises are shown
