[Output and embryos engrafment depending on modes of acupuncture influences on biologically active points of cows-donors]

Influence of various modes of acupuncture influences on biologically active points of organism of cows-donors in connection with an output of high-grade embryos and their engraftment is studied. Experiments were spent under industrial conditions and also in research laboratory of the Grodno State Agrarian University. Influence on biologically active points was carried out by the device Milta-M (Russia). Application of modes of acupuncture influences spent before a course of hormonal stimulation of polyovulation, 1st stage: LI-4046, the second stage: LI-512+IU (2 skilled group), and also the first stage LI-512, the second stage: LI-4046+IU (3 skilled group) allows to raise an output of embryos, suitable for transplantation on 15 and 19% simultaneously, to lower a number of the degenerated on 6 and 7% accordingly in comparison with control group. At definition of connection between acupuncture influence on biologically active points of organism of cows-donors and engraftment of received embryos it has been established that application of all modes of influence of acupuncture according to the second, the third and the fourth schemes of processing does not differ from control group on an indicator of embryos engraftment (accordingly:-1, +5 and +3%)
