[Estimation of cows-heifers received by method of transplantation of frozen-thawn embryos on dairy efficiency]

Research by which purpose was studying of level of milk yield of primapara heifers cows received by the method of transplantation of frozen-thawed embryos is established, that primapara heifers transplantants received in purposeful pairings possess the high level of milk productivity which on milk yield makes 7536,10 kg, fat content in milk 3,62% and protein 3,23%. Owing to this fact they are a good selection material for a choice of record holders of a new generation, and also their use as mothers of bulls-manufacturers. At comparison of milk productivity of primapara heifers, received by the method of transplantation of embryos and the method of the artificial insemination it is revealed that animals of experimentation group with high reliability surpass the contemporaries from control group in milk yield on 2036,34кг (P 0,001). It is necessary to note that primapara heifers cows of both groups are well developed, have a strong constitution and differ in large enough sizes of body. Their alive weight exceed requirements of the standard of black-motley breed on 22,75 kg (control group) and on 30,25 kg (experimental group). Thus it is not established considerable distinctions on alive weight between control and experimental animals which makes 502.75 kg and 510,25 kg accordingly
