In field experimentations with oil flax (2006-2007) on sod-podzol porous loam sandy spread with depth 0,5 m moraine loam the efficiency of different doses of complex fertilizers with microelement additives (boron and zinc) is investigated and the comparative estimation of their action with an equivalent dose of standard fertilizers is carried out. It is found out that oil flax seeds productivity changes as from doses of applied complex fertilizers, and weather conditions: in a dose N40P52K80 the seed productivity has made 7,4 and 8,2 c/ha, at N60P63K96 - 9,3 and 9,4 and N80P74K112 - 13,4 and 12,6 c/ha. The highest seeds yield was received in a dose N80P74K112, maximum oil content - 50-51% and composition of the important fat acids in oil is at a level of the required standards. At an estimation of influence of new forms of complex fertilizers on yield and quality of oil flax climatic factors (temperature, precipitation, hydrothermal coefficient) during vegetation of plants were considered. Crops of oil flax in 2006 and 2007 were carried out in the second decade of April, harvesting - in the second decade of August. Data have shown that weather conditions in 2006 were favorable for cultivation of oil flax. Hydrothermal coefficient on the average for the vegetative period (April - August) of oil flax cultivation has made 1.03
