Feeding cows with biologically active aromatic additives from caraway fruits in the amount of 50 gram per head has allowed increasing the daily cow productivity by 12.3% and the fat content in milk – by 0.26%, as well as the content of dry substance, lactose, calcium and phosphorus in milk. The physical and chemical properties of milk as well as its technological qualities are thus well improved. Due to the higher technological properties of milk of the cows fed with the additive the output of cream was increased by 4.6% and cream - by 6.1%. At the same time their quality was improved. Experimental research have shown: inclusion in a diet of cows of the additive in quantity of 50 and 100 g on a head in day allows to raise their daily average yields of milk on 5,0 and 4,4% accordingly; fat content of milk - on 0,32 and 0,25% that promotes improvement of technological properties of milk. As it has been proved, that biologically active additive has rendered positive influence on dairy efficiency of cows and technological properties of milk, there was a necessity to continue research for revealing its productive influence on lactic animals under production conditions which differ from experimental a little, and also definitions of an opportunity of production of various dairy products made from milk of the cows received the additive
