To the most spread and dangerous diseases of growing sugar beet plants refer cercosporosis. The physiological processes are violated in infected plants: photosynthesis is violated, the increase of respiration, metabolism and sugar use is observed, the accumulation of organic acids is increased, sugar content and root crop yield is decreased. A degree of cercosporosis development depends on variety resistance, time of appearance and weather conditions during vegetation. The research on studying the biological, farming and economic efficiency of new fungicides charizma, EC, bumper super 490 EC and strike, WC in sugar beet crops are carried out. It is determined that sugar beet treatment by fungicides significantly decreases cercosporosis spread and development
