The research are carried out on the efficacy of application of a new complex microfertilizer fitovital for cieaning - up of arable soil horizon against weed seeds due to their germination stimulation. Use of the combination mentioned above effectively promoted the stimulation of weed seed germination, especially in years when during vegetation rainfall deficiency is observed. The greatest effect from fitovital use is obtained by its soil incorporation in the system of bastard fallow soil tillage. So, weed infestation and buckwheat productivity in a variant where in autumn after plowing for cultivation fitovital was applied, was at herbicide agribit level e.c. (desmedipham + phenmedipham) application on the crop. For this, the greatest economic benefit is obtained from fitovital application by buckwheat cultivation
