Use of biomass organo - containing wastes as source of energy became one of priority directions of scientific and technical activity in Belarus. The recuperative method of way of recycling can serve as a basis for complex processing of wastes containing organic matters. Flexible combination of various functional blocks in complex processing of wastes containing organic matters, including the block of dehydration, allows to minimize energy losses in such way that 80 - 85% of energy potential of organic matter can be used for receipt of high energy fuel gas and the rest of this potential (15 - 20%) are directed to maintenance of working capacity of a complex. In the complex processing of wastes containing organic matters besides high energy fuel gas realization of phytoproducts in greenhouses on outgoing potential of hot water is provided. Efficiency of complex processing of wastes containing organic matters has made 25-30% and some hot water can be used by consumer from aside. Principle scheme of the complex processing of wastes containing organic matters are presented. Being based on the lead research application of dehydration in the complex processing of wastes containing organic matters is stipulated in two basic variants. In the first variant sewage sludge are subjected to dehydration with the initial content of absolutely dry substance 1 - 3% up to its final content 8 - 12%, in particular, active excess silt. In the second variant there are more challenges of wastes containing organic matters dehydration emerge before their submission on a stage of thermodeduction. At this stage of complex processing of wastes containing organic matters dehydration of wastes containing organic matters is necessary up to concentration of active excess silt in a deposit of 30 - 40% at preservation of the certain balance between humidity and organic matters in a deposit
