[Reception of the carbohydratic and albuminous feed additive on the basis of sugarbeet bagasse]

There are recommendations and experience of reception of protein feed preparations on the basis of wastes of the food-processing industry processed by the method of a deep fermentation on environments with addition of dry substance in quantities of 2 - 5% with the help of mycelium fungi of genus Penicilium, Gliocladium, Aspergillus. However reception of protein products by the given method assumes presence of a stage of separation of the formed biomass from the liquid environment by a filtration or separation in the technological scheme, that complicates technology, and besides demands recycling of formed waters. It causes search more ecologically safe and economic methods of reception of protein containing feed additives. One of such directions is enrichment of vegetative substrata by protein under action of microorganisms or fermental preparations for increase of digestibility and nutritional value by solid - phase fermentation. The purpose of the work was research of process of bioconversion of substrata on the basis of sugarbeet bagasse with the reception of the protein feed additive. Results of the research show, that received product after a fermentation contain 9,5 - 15,7% of crude protein including 8,8 - 14,4% of true protein. And for bioconversion it is preferable to use association of micromycetes. The content of crude protein in the product received on the basis of the mixed substratum was higher than on true sugarbeet bagasse (15,7% and 13,2% accordingly)
