Functioning of any organization in conditions of market attitudes assumes the full responsibility of its collective for the final results of work. It dictates the necessity of the substantiation of optimum parameters of its functioning. The offered system of economic and mathematical models of optimization of parameters of development of the agricultural organization allows to prove the size of marginal profits, by optimization of variable expenses, assortment of made production, channels of its realization, to carry out a choice of the optimum investment project. The system of support of the decision-making, based on use of a technique of the account marginal profit and the interconnected system of economic and mathematical models including model of optimization of specialization and a combination of branches of the enterprise, model of optimization of recipes of mixed fodders of animals and the model of optimization of profitableness of a portfolio of investment projects, allowing to make more adequate administrative decision in concrete conditions of managing is offered. Offered actions will allow to increase production level of products. It is planned for 100 hectares of farmland to make 495,3 c milk and 33,9 c beef. The grain and pork level of production will make 1720,2 and 140,0 c accordingly
