[To the question of investment of the fixed and working capital in agriculture of Belarus]

Necessity of expansion of industrial potential of village and, in particular the fixed and working capital, stipulates requirement for increase of volume of investments for agriculture. At present for the majority of agricultural organizations the important problem is an achievement of normative level of security by the fixed and working capitals. Special interes is represented also with an estimation of security the fixed and working capitals in 60 base agricultural organizations of the country. Their basic economic parameters of development should be a guideline for the others. An estimation of volume of investments that is necessary for finishing of actual cost of the fixed capital up to a normative level in agrarian sector as a whole and including in base organizations is indicated. Problems of security of agricultural organizations are investigated by own circulating assets. In the process of the research the sum of deficiency of own circulating assets in base agricultural organizations as a difference between their actual and rational cost has been calculated. At definition of rational cost it was proceeded first from the specification of a parity of the fixed and the working capitals, providing self-support and self-financing (when for 100 rbl. of a fixed capital it is necessary 50 rbl. of working capitals), and, secondly, from a parity of own and extra sources of circulating assets 20% to 80%. Apparently, in process of profit increase deficiency of own circulating assets decreases, however on separate organizations the essential fluctuations are observed
