Research results of the determination of the possible negative effect of application Klorsuvet 8.5% suspension as the antidistomiasis drug for cattle treatment by the example of white - and - black cows of 3 - 8 years old spontaneously infected with entozoic parasites (fascioliasis and paramphistomata) in comparison with Albazen 2,5% suspension (control variant) were presented. In course of the realized experiment after application of Klorsuvet 8.5% there was noted the lowering of quantity of leucocytes (on 67,6%), basophils (on 55,2%) and eosinocytes (on 74,2%) that indicated the lowering of the levels inflammatory process in animal liver and allergization. There was also stated the increasing of albumin, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin content after application of all studied preparations that could possible be the result of the influence of decay products of dead fascioles on animal bodies. Examination of blood serum showed that in both control (Albazen) and experimental (Klorsuvet) groups the content of glucose was below the average (1,78 and 1,91 millimole/l accordingly). The obtained changes of the analysed indices did not undergo the limits of the physiological standards. There was stated no negative influence of studied preparations of animal organism
