[The foreign and domestic experience of cooperation in fruit and vegetable and potato subcomplexes]

Functioning of cooperative - integration structures in the fruit and vegetable and potato subcomplexes of foreign countries, Russian Federation and Belarus has been discussed. The application of studied experience will allow domestic producers of vegetables and potato to compete with foreign producers. Creation the integrated formations in food subcomplexes allows to provide technological and economic unity and a continuity of production stages, transportation, storage, processing and sale of potato and vegetables. Cooperative societies, agrofirms, agrocombines, associations, holdings are the main forms of agroindustrial cooperation in subcomplexes. Taking into account foreign and domestic experience of creation and functioning of cooperative - integration formations for the effective organization of manufacture of fruit - and - vegetable and potato production in Belarus it is expedient: to develop every possible forms of integration with a leading organizational and investment role of a trading link at sale of fresh fruit and vegetable production. It is necessary to give special attention to creation of the wholesale markets on a cooperative basis, firm shops of agricultural manufacturers, the cooperative societies realizing production under own trade mark. To improve free realization of fresh fruit and vegetable production in organizational and technological methods by agricultural commodity producers under direct contracts, in the markets, and also consumers cooperative society system; to develop various forms of agroindustrial integration of the large, average, small processing enterprises making vegetables and potato, with equal in rights participation of personal subsidiary farms of rural and urban population
