[Prophylaxis of immunodeficient disease of young stock with microbial polysaccharides and products of bacterial metabolism]

Prophylaxis of age immunodeficient diseases of young stock caused by the low content of transovarian (for chickens) and colostric (for piglets and calves) protective factors, immune system immaturity, disorder of local protection functions of the digestive system by means of administration of the salmopul and vitstimulin preparations developed on the basis of microbial polysaccharides and diamiksan preparation produced on the basis of the products of symbiont bacterial metabolism in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Intramuscular administration of microbial polysaccharides for piglets and calves and feeding with drinking water for chickens stimulated the increasing of leukocytes number, enhancement of the phagocytic actiovity of microphages, lysozymic and bactericidal activity of blood serum, increasing of immunoglobulin level. Incidence of intestinal and respiratory diseases lowered in 3,4 - 5,7 times. Intramuscular administration of vitstimulin stimulated the cell and humoral immunity. Meat of poultry and cattle after application of microbial polysaccharides was of good quality. For experimental group of piglets administrated with diamiksan preparation there was stated the increasing of daily weight gain and no intestinal diseases incidence was revealed
