[Influence of Vigozin preparation on liver state of broiler chickens of KOBB - 500 cross]

Scientific and production experiment on evaluation of the influence of biologically active preparation Vigozin (mixture of natural ingredients with carnitine (vitamin Bt)) on liver state and some blood indices of broiler chickens (5, 7, 12, 19, 28, 36 and 46 days - old) of KOBB - 500 cross in course of the whole growing period on the poultry farms of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Research results showed that double application of Vigozin preparation with drinking water (1 ml of preparation per 1 l of water) in course of the first three days in 2 cycles with 8 days interval made it possible to increase the viability of broiler chickens on 2,3% due to recuperation of the metabolic activity and preservation of the functional state of the liver. Peroral administration of Vigozin made it possible to realize the prevention of adipose degeneration and circulatory embarrassment of chicken liver that proved its hepatoprotector properties. Due to the metabolic processes restoration (elimination of excess of lipids with immunosuppressive properties) there was stated the improvement of zootechnical indices.
