[Influence of vaccination against infectious bronchitis on morphology of liver and activity of indicated enzymes of blood plasma of poultry]

The influence of parenteral immunization against infectious bronchitis on morphology of liver and biochemical indexes of a blood plasma of hen youngsters is studied. It is shown that immunological reactions on liver of vaccinated poultry are developed macrophagal and lymphoid infiltration, and also formation of grandulomas. Under influence of components of a vaccine in hepatocytes the dystrophia educes acinose and futty, and in a blood plasma – activity lactatdehydrogenase, alaninaminotranspherase, aspartataminotransferase, y – glutamiltransferase and alkaline phosphatase drops
