Chinese. 以豆科牧草苜蓿为样品,采用盐酸浸提法和消煮法测定牧草中钾、钙含量.结果表明:2种方法绘制的钾标准曲线较为接近,R2分别高达0.990 9、0.992 3.采用盐酸浸提法测得的钾、钙含量平均值(0.55%、2.39%)小于消煮法测得的钾钙含量平均值(0.57%,2.43%);采用盐酸浸提法测得的钾、钙含量标准差(0.02,0.27)大于消煮法测得的标准差(0.01,0.24).经t检验2种方法测得的结果差异不显著.但与消煮法相比,盐酸浸提法具有简便、快速、节约以及环保的特点.
