Chinese. 研究了野牛草的花器官形态、开花习性、雌株的柱头可授性及不同栽培措施对其种子生产的影响。结果表明，野牛草雌、雄株的花器官在外部形态上差异较大，开花习性不同，但花期基本相遇；雌株柱头可授性在开花后10 h内最强，24 h后逐渐减弱；在雄株盛花初期的上午进行人工套袋授粉，能够获得产量和质量较高的种子；野牛草施肥和灌水应在雌株抽穗前期及抽穗期进行，不宜在盛花期进行。

The flower organ shape, blossomed habit, acception of stigma of Buchloe dactyloides and the influence on the seed production with different management measures were studied. The result indicates the flower organ of male and female of buffalo grass differs greatly on the external shape and characteristics of blooming, but meet basically in florescence. The acception of female stigma is strongest in the latter 10 hours to blossom, after 24 hours, weakens gradually. The artificial wrap bag pollination should choose in the morning at the beginning of blooming period, thus can obtain the high yield and good quality of seed. Fertilization and irrigation should be conducted in the female earing earlier period and the earing period, but not in blooming period.
