Chinese. 利用4个微卫星标记对西北地区的固原鸡、固原红鸡和略阳乌鸡群体进行遗传变异分析。结果表明,地方品种固原鸡、略阳鸡和培育品种固原红鸡在4个位点的平均杂合度分别为0.7487,0.709 2和0.733 2,平均有效等位基因数分别为5.129 0,3.505 8和4.468 9,平均多态信息含量分别为0.716 6,0.646 6和0.570 4。表明固原鸡、略阳鸡和固原红鸡均具有较大的遗传变异。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The evalution of genetic resource of three northwest chicken populations was analyzed by using microsatellite marker on 4 loci. The result indicated that the average heterozygos of natural Guyuan chicken, natural Lueyang chicken and cultivate Guyuan red chicken was 0.748 7, 0.709 2 and 0.733 2, respectively, the mean effective number allelic was 5.129 0, 3.505 8 and 4.468 9, respectively, the average polymorphism information content was 0.716 6, 0.646 6 and 0.570 4, respectively. The study indicated that there were abundant genetic diversity in three chicken populations, which provided theoratical basis for protection and exploitation of the northwest chicken breeds._
