An experiment was conducted in greenhouse glass Agricultural Faculty, Andalas University from June 1999 to February 2000. The objective of this experiment was to know respons of hot pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) on ultisol with inoculated Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Design with three replications. The treatment was inoculum dosage Abuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi i.e. 0; 50 and 100 g/pot. Result of this experiment showed that response of hot pepper to inoculum mycorrhizal arbuscular 50 g pot could increase the growth and yield.
