This research used nine clones and one variety of sweet potato that was conducted in Sungai Tarab, Tanah Datar from March to July 1997. The objective was to know the potential of nine clones and one variety of sweet potato. Randomized Block Design with four replications and clone and variety as treatment. Result showed that weight of tuber gained by clones P4, Lanbau (Op)-Sr-5 and TIS 118 were 19.20 t/ha, 17.44 t/ha, and 17.01 t/ha, bigger compared with Tamburin merah tuber.
