Study of pesticides chronic concentration was conducted at Fisheries Environmental Laboratory of Aquaculture Station in Cibalagung, to know the effect on growth and liver structure of tilapia. Aquarium with size of 40 x 20 x 25 cubic cm with water volume of 10 liters, initial weight of fish 2.75 +- 0.15 g/fish, and pesticide active ingredient ethyl chlorpyrifos 200 g/l were applied in this study. Fish exposed in different ingredient concentration e.g. 0.58, 0.116, 0.174 and 0.232 mg/l for 28 days. The result showed the value of LC5096 hours ethyl chlorpyrifos was 0.58 (0.39-0.85) mg/l and chronic concentration of 0.116 mg/l was able to significantly intervene the growth (P less than 0.05). Chronic concentration of ethyl chlorpyrifos of 0.058, 0.116, 0.174 and 0.232 mg/l with 28 hours exposure time was causing histopathological changes especially on liver cell structure i.e: became pycnosis, caryorhexis and caryolysis
