This research aims to analyze poultry farmer partnership pattern and its impact to the farmer bargaining position in Bandung District. This research used a case study method with a qualitative approach in identifying the partnership pattern and its category. The research was carried out in District of Bandung, the center of PIR Perunggasan. The analysis was done interpretatively to understand the symbolic meanings which became the ground of the business activity. The conclusion of the research was as follows: (1) Four model partnerships at Bandung District is not direct between farmers as plasma and feeding company as council mediation by another institutional business as nucleus. The effect for the farmers contract value of poultry business partnership became disefficiency. (2) The poultry partnership pattern, in which the contract system was developed based on the interest and control capacity of the company, caused a low bargaining position of the farmers.
