A research to study correlation between some morphology characters and resistance of soybean to rust infection was conducted at SPLPP Arjasari, Faperta UNPAD from January until June 1995. A Randomized Complete Block Design was used with 92 soybean genotypes as treatment and replicated two times. The results showed that morphology characters (number of stomata and leaf hairs and mean leaf area) were not significant correlated to soybean rust intensity. The higher rust intensity caused the decreased of number of pods per plant, weight of seeds per plant, and number of full seeds per pod, but increased number of hollow seeds per pod.
